Vijayaganesh N S, MBA, serves as the Professor and Director of the Centre for Student Development, embodying dedication and expertise honed over 17 years across IT recruitment, training, and marketing domains. With a solid foundation of 5 years in IT recruitment, he has adeptly managed operations for both domestic and international companies, demonstrating remarkable adaptability and efficiency in talent acquisition.
Additionally, boasting 12 years of experience in training and development, he has conducted impactful workshops and sessions, empowering individuals in Campus Recruitment Training.
Mr. Vijayaganesh holds an MBA in Marketing and HR from Anna University, complemented by a BBA from Vellore Institute of Technology. He is a certified Soft Skill Trainer from B-Cube, Hyderabad, and currently pursues an Advanced Diploma in Digital Marketing from IIT – Roorkee.
His noteworthy accomplishments include proficiency in conducting campus recruitment training for graduate students and nurturing Nano Entrepreneurs under the Tamil Nadu Rural Transformation Project. As an empanelled faculty at the Entrepreneurship Development & Innovative Institute, Chennai, he actively contributes to the growth of aspiring entrepreneurs.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Mr. Vijayaganesh is passionate about field operations, sales, and marketing, finding inspiration in outdoor activities such as riding and driving.
