DR Shiny CM is in charge of Coordination of daily operations coming under academic and non academic activities of the institution. Meeting departmental goals and strategies.Adhering to the best practices in the industry. She has received the Teachers Excellence Award 2019 under Gold Category by KMM College of Arts and Science, Cochin.

A Trainer and Resource Person for Govt. Organisations such as MGNCRE(Ministry of Education), MANAGE (Ministry of Agriculture), Kerala Agricultural University, MILMA , KITCO, India Post , Kerala Start up Mission and Colleges/Universities etc. and start-ups.Conducted More than 200 workshops pan India. She Published more than 15 research articles and 4 books. She has Presented more than 10 papers at various international and national conferences and has Coordinated more than 50 national and international seminars/conferences/ workshops. Resource person/speaker for FDPs/seminars/ conferences.
