She has published 16 Papers and has guided 3 M. Phil Scholars. Her varied interests include classical dancing to Unique HR Practices.She is a multi linguistic personality who has been very active in promoting the talent of youngsters. Her strength lies in providing Top notch Customer service and Incidentally her Ph.D is on “ Service Quality gaps in Restaurant Industry”.

Her vision is to have a Responsible career position in teaching especially training oriented where my skills can be executed at the extent to produce energetic, effective, efficient and ethical professionals to meet the desired needs of the dynamic world and serve the society which in turn fetch mutual growth.
