Here are a few pictures from National Level Management Fest, ‘Castalia’, the largest Fest in Coimbatore. Our goal to conduct the national fests on such scale is to nurture inspiration. Castalia is an Annual Intercollegiate National Level Management Meet. This time of the year, students from various colleges come, showcase their talents. Participating in Castalia would inspire the students to be exuberant and flamboyant in nature and also will help to sharpen their acumen. The core objective of the event is to bring out the organizing capabilities of the students and to showcase their analytical, managerial and academic skills. Through this event, students get inspired and groom themselves better to meet the challenges of the new era. Castalia is a huge success on our part as a best B school in Coimbatore. Each year with Castalia, we conduct around more than 35 events. One of the events named ‘Warriorwhich’ which signifies Best Manager, this event helped the students to enable the skills of being a Leader. ‘Fuerzathis’ is another event signifying Best Management Team. Through this event, participants understand the strength of a team and teamwork. Next comes, ‘CeNegocious’ which means ‘Business plan’, the participants understand the way of planning a business, how to set up and run it through this event. ‘Brand your Product’ signifies Product launch and in this event, the participants showcase their creative & innovative thinking and introduce their product in a new and different way to launch in the market. Every year CASTALIA comes out with so many wonderful events for both Post Graduate and Under Graduate students.
