Faculty Development

Our faculty are the most important resource of our institution to be one of the top B school in Coimbatore. We offer a wide variety of programmes to our faculty in order to deal with the rapid changes and shifting paradigms of the education system. Our face development programmes help faculty members improve their teaching skills, design improved curricula, and enhance the organizational climate for education. We provide comprehensive, competency-based Faculty Development Programmes like face-to-face seminars. Our programmes work at the individual level with the strengths and needs of a specific faculty as a priority to create higher capability and understanding. Faculty development is our way to enrich the knowledge of faculty members in all aspects of time management, technical skills and in particular outcome based education. Value-added training courses are often arranged based on the individual interest of the faculty to upgrade themselves with the current skills in their career stream. The will help the faculty to adapt with present outcome-based education and improve their teaching strategies to accomplish their duties with effective time management skills. We aim to better the present curriculum, we focus on outcome-based pedagogic training. Our efforts have achieved self-development of the faculty department and enhanced placement opportunities to students. We will continue to set higher goals for ourselves to contribute to institutional growth and meet present industrial requirements.
